Congratulations on your new addition to your family!! Giving birth to your new bundle of joy should be a joyful and fulfilling one. I have been a certified childbirth instructor for 13 years and have enjoyed working with many couples. I honor this special journey you are on and would love to give you direction and guidance that validates your unique path in finding out which choices you need to make birth the experience you want it to be. Group and private classes are available. 

I take a holistic approach to pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. My classes and services focus on your unique needs and finding the information and resources that best fit your journey of becoming parents.

I offer group and private classes including free 24 hour phone support through your postpartum time.

I also am an advocate for moms with postpartum depression and offer a step by step guide to finding recovery.
